In respect of Membership cancellation, Healthserve Australia offers members the opportunity to decline to renew their membership as the membership invoices are presented to our members in the new year. We do not automatically renew memberships by auto debit or any other financial operation.
If a member wishes to cancel their membership before renewal, they can do so by sending such a request to the CEO via the National Office. There is no reason required. As far membership refunds are concerned, if fewer than 6 months has elapsed since the membership was paid, a 50% refund will be issued. If more than 6 months, there will be no refund. The cessation of membership will be effective from the date the national office receives the written intention.
