Donation payments are made in one of three ways. These are:
- via the website,
- by EFT directly into the HSA Accounts,
- or by Cheque / money order.
The HealthServe Policy on donation payments is that all such payments are receipted to the payer / donor.
If paid via the website, the Joomla donation platform sends the receipt within 24 hours.
If paid via EFT or Cheque / Money Order, the National Office will organise a receipt within two weeks of the donation. The extent of the time required to issue such receipts depends on the availability of the donor’s name and contact information which is required for the receipt to be completed and delivered.
